For this project, I evaluated JJB Tax & Financial Services’ website. This digital audit contains a content strategy plan (a plan for content creation to reach a company’s communication goals), a content audit (an assessment of a website’s current content and recommendations for improvement), and a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audit (an evaluation of a website’s current SEO practices and suggestions for improvement). Before conducting audits, I interviewed the owner of JJB Tax & Financial Services about his company goals, purpose, and vision for the future. I used that information to guide the audits and the content strategy plan I created.

I conducted UX research for Minnesota State University, Mankato’s IT Department targeting the University Resources for Nontraditional Students webpage. With that research, I created user personas and wrote a usability test plan. This report summarizes my user experience research and recommends usability testing to address my research discoveries and to make the target webpage(s) more useful for its target audience(s).
